Wisdom about diet, transcending the thinker learn thyself

So my story in a nutshell is like this. I was born, at 8 years I developed diabetes type 1, that forced me since my young age to learn my body, the bigger picture the circadian rhythm how it interferes with the basic hormones( testosterone, igf-1 ,insulin, cortisol), and how the foods are metabolized in the body and what is good and what is not. My teacher was trial error pain and suffering. Of course I couldn't balance anything back in the days. At 13 years old I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I was suffering for years from chronic diarrhea ,like 6 months straight until I got diagnosed. Doctors back in the day couldn't diagnose me.

So from 10-13 years old I wasn't able to digest any nutrients for like 6 months each year and my body was moving to really low states at the same time my blood sugar was super low or super high, because I was eating food and the digestion was so problematic that the insulin was going faster to the blood and the food was releasing hours later of the normal. Pretty much or less it was an intense suffering childhood. Imagine having diarrhea for 6 months eating nothing giving everything away , and strong hypoglycemia (20-60mg/dl) or super high blood sugars like (350-500mg/dl) The body was pushed literally to the limits. All this situation all that pain and suffering including great doctors and mentors along the path , forced me to learn thyself in a very deep level. My greatest teacher pain and suffering.

Later on I developed a very muscular body with six pack , lean 70-71 kilos pure muscle very low body fat , etc, etc ... After that 3 near death experiences where I experienced the lower nature of my body. Now I am in the new consciousness the 5th dimension, new earth which is higher intelligence than the thinking mind, actually thoughts are like 5% of the intelligence after. This transcended consciousness allows you to see the totality of all things and past present and future are happening at the same time.

The information you will see below is the information I gave to my own mind and I would give to everyone. Because I experienced both the high and the low of the human body in the 3rd and 4th dimension ,and now I have transcended this world. This is pretty much the story.

So you begin with the basics.

That is learning about your circadian rhythm ( how your sleep , exercise ,nature{SUN} ,nutrition changes the hormone environment of your body). Your body is unique and should be treated like that. ONLY YOU can take really care of your body. Because only YOU can truly know it. YOU ARE CONSCIOUSNESS, you need to become aware (you ) of the awareness of your mind (separate self)

After you master that which is the biggest picture you got to learn about foods, reading food labels and knowing which ingredient is good for you and which is not.

There is a whole family of healthy foods out there that you must pick from that family.

That doesn't mean that if the food is healthy, it is healthy for you.

Trial error and observation will be your guide here. Always listen to the feedback of your body.

The worst food you can put into your body is maltodextrin

This is almost everywhere and Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index value of 185–105

Whereas sugar is at 65

My bigger picture advice is to avoid gluten sugar and diary it doesn't matter what body you have those are the 3 most inflammatory foods and there is a reason they are in every product in the supermarket

Cross-Reactivity:

If you feel like you have successfully eliminated gluten from your diet and household items and are still experiencing gluten-associated symptoms, you may want to consider the following:

When you are gluten sensitive your body is creating antibodies against gluten. Those same antibodies can also recognize proteins in other foods that have similar structures and mimic the reaction they have to gluten. Which non-gluten foods you may react to will depend on the antibodies your body has formed against gluten. Not everyone will have a reaction to all of these foods (or any of them). This paper studied the cross reaction in the following foods and is a good place to start.

  • Buckwheat

  • Sorghum

  • Millet

  • Amaranth

  • Quinoa

  • Corn

  • Rice

  • Potato

  • Hemp

  • Teff

  • Soy

  • Milk (Alpha-Casein, Beta-Casein, Casomorphin, Butyrophilin, Whey Protein and whole milk)

  • Chocolate

  • Yeast

  • Coffee (instant, latte, espresso, imported)

  • Sesame

  • Tapioca (a.k.a. cassava or yucca)

  • Eggs

So you got to be really mindful to completely eliminate gluten diary and sugars. Try this for 6 months and see how your life will change forever. Higher mind ,less stress, better mood , better energy levels more connection with your creative core, greater ability to connect with your true self (CONSCIOUSNESS) which is the only way to win in this matrix, in this 3D/4D world of time illusions. That pretty much means that you enter the supermarket and you can't eat anything that is processed except some high quality foods that are there to promote health. So pretty much or less the super market at this moment is promoting death in it's bigger part so you have to be really aware to choose life as you enter in it.

So the bigger picture when it comes to foods in your diet is to have a balance between the salty the bitter the sour and the sweet and between all colours but at the same time check and observe your body responses.

Foods I would advice to have in your diet and check if your body responds

-Ph 8 water -Ginkgo biloba -Spiroulina - Fish oil - Cod liver oil - Cocoa , Coffee

-Eggs -Quinoa - Cruciferous vegetables - Green tea - Lemon balm tea- Black tea - mountain tea- mint tea - grass fed meats ( those until transcendence into the new earth because then your body will shoot them away) - potatoes - turmeric - black pepper - red pepper - oregano -lettuce -cabbage brown rice - Oats (************if you have celiac disease oats have a protein that acts like gluten in your system avoid at all costs***********) - All fruits ( apples banana - water melon - high quality b supplements and iron supplements - Apple cider vinegar - Pomegranate juice - Creatine (1mg-3mg) -Lemon juice - fresh onion - garlic - zinc - Vitamin D supplement . In general search for superfoods and try them out to your system.
